Complaints about our legal services

We are committed to providing an outstanding service to all our clients. If you feel something has gone wrong regarding our legal services, please tell us about it so that we may improve our services.   Any client who is unhappy about our legal service, including a complaint about a bill, is entitled to complain in accordance with the procedure which will be set out in our Client Care Letter at the outset of the matter.   Any client who remains dissatisfied may be entitled to ask the Legal Ombudsman of England and Wales to consider the complaint.   Please note that a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must be made within six months of the date of conclusion of our complaints procedure.   The Legal Ombudsman may be contacted at:
